RKĀN Business Intelligence
Probatum antequam committas.
RKĀN is an independent institutional risk-intelligence and transaction-verification firm. We investigate the asset, the parties, the authority and the execution pathway before capital, insurance or digital infrastructure is committed. Our Audit-First methodology transforms fragmented cross-border evidence into defensible institutional decisions.
Engaged by governments, sovereign-aligned entities, family offices, insurers, financial institutions, lenders, and multinational principals when counterparties, assets, or jurisdictions require independent scrutiny before capital or reputation is committed.
United Kingdom · United Arab Emirates · United States · Europe · North Africa
What RKĀN Does
Transaction Triage — Independent pre-commitment assessment of counterparties, assets and jurisdictions before any capital is deployed.
Enhanced Verification — Institutional-grade enhanced due diligence across beneficial ownership, sanctions, adverse media, and reputational intelligence.
Asset Veritas Review — Independent verification of real-world assets across all five pillars: existence, title, valuation, counterparty intelligence, and governance architecture.
Transaction Command — Full lifecycle governance from pre-commitment intelligence through execution and post-close monitoring.
RWA Audit — Pre-tokenisation audit and Audit-First certification for institutional real-world asset issuances. Aligned with UAE VARA, ADGM FSRA, DIFC, EU MiCA and Singapore MAS.
Africa Practice — On-the-ground intelligence capability across West, East, Central and Southern Africa where conventional due diligence methodologies consistently fail.
Eight Verification Layers — Every Mandate
01 Parties — Identity verification, beneficial ownership mapping to minimum 10% threshold, and authority confirmation for every principal.
02 Authority — Legal power to act, bind and transfer — verified independently of the parties' own representations.
03 Asset — Physical existence, condition, specification and current operational status confirmed through independent means.
04 Ownership — Full title chain review, encumbrances, charges, liens, co-ownership arrangements and competing interests.
05 Valuation — Independence of the valuation party, methodology review and supportable basis for the stated value.
06 Compliance — Sanctions screening across OFAC, UN, EU, UAE, UK and Australian lists, AML exposure, regulatory licensing and jurisdictional compliance.
07 Execution — Settlement mechanics, banking pathway, escrow arrangements and technical feasibility of the transfer.
08 Continuity — Post-close governance, ongoing monitoring obligations and structural resilience of the arrangement over time.
Decision Classifications
Proceed — All eight layers satisfied. The transaction is real, defensible and institutionally executable.
Proceed with Conditions — One or more layers require remediation before execution. A structured remediation roadmap is issued.
Suspend — Material questions remain unresolved. Engagement continues pending additional evidence.
Decline — The transaction cannot be verified to an institutional standard. Full findings disclosed to the instructing principal.
Track Record
RKĀN currently holds intelligence oversight responsibility across $22.5 billion in developed real-world asset portfolios — mandates spanning sovereign wealth, family office capital, institutional lending, and cross-border project finance across multiple jurisdictions.
